2011.12 Soundon New Energy is established in Xiangtan City, Hunan Province, and start to develop new energy industry.
2012
The first phase industry park of Soundon New Energy started construction and established a lithium battery R & D center.
2013
Officially start to operate the whole industrial chain of lithium battery new energy, cathode material and lithium ion battery (phase I t) put into production.
2014
Sound Group increased capital to expanded production capacity.
2015
Won the national high-tech enterprise.
2016
The second phase Industrial Park was put into operation, with 20,000 tons of cathode materials and 4GWh of lithium batteries. It was rated as Hunan Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, Top Ten Power Battery Enterprises, and Top Ten Enterprises for Cathode Materials. It was renamed Soundon New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. launched the third phase Industrial Park, covering an area of 100000 square meters. The second Phase was put in production and the battery cells with energy density 220wh/kg were release.
2017
Signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Zotye. The best solar energy storage integrated solution in energy storage industry in 2017. Full realization of intelligent production, increase in battery production capacity; construction of the third phase of lithium-ion battery project started.
2018
The third phase of Soundon was put into production, and the strategy was released a mass production of power cells with an energy density of 260WH/kg. It was approved as a national green factory demonstration enterprise.
2019
Soundon New Energy Changsha industrial park start to build. Soundon New Energy strategic cooperation with FAW.
2021
Soundon started strategic cooperation with Hunan Chasing Financial Holding Group Co., Ltd. and CICC Capital Operation Co., Ltd.
